Pune needs more traffic cops! By Amit Paranjape on May 18, 2015. Pune traffic mess worsens every day. Road infrastructure is woefully inadequate for 3 million vehicles. But what exasperates this further is the massive traffic indiscipline.

While many of my posts will be about what is happening in India, Indian Politics and Governance issues, there is really no theme or a single topic that I plan to write about. The 7th Annual IndicThreads Pune Conference was held on 14-15 December 2012. The conference looked at a wide array of software development tools and technologies in Cloud, Java, Scala, Big Data, HTML5 and emerging technologies.
